Goldstar Software offers several one-year support contracts to provide electronic support (via Email and IM/chat) to our clients. There are two primary advantages to these pre-paid contracts:
- You can obtain a single invoice for the entire term of the contract, instead of paying for each support incident or paying monthly invoices on an open account.
- You can submit an unlimited number of issues via Email or Chat over the life of the contract.
Our support contracts are all valid for a period one year from the date of the contract. Incidents can be tracked on our web site if you wish to use that feature.

This web-based system is refreshed from our internal knowledgebase each quarter, so you will always have access to the latest information 24 hours a day.
