Goldstar Software offers several one-year support contracts to provide phone and remote control support to our clients. There are two primary advantages to these pre-paid contracts:
- You can obtain a single invoice for the entire term of the contract, instead of paying for each support incident or paying monthly invoices on an open account.
- You can receive a lower hourly rate based on the term of the contract you select.
Our support contracts are all valid for a period one year, and any time unused at the end of it is lost. Time is used up in 15-minute increments, and the contract time usage and remaining is tracked on our web site.
